Panning for Gold is great fun for the whole family of “All Ages”. Our Non-Profit Mining Club has been teaching people of all ages how to Pan for Gold since 1981.
For just $5.00 per scoop of Gold Concentrates, you not only learn how to pan for Gold you get to take home all the Gold you find in your pan!”
We also have a great selection of affordable-sized “Gold Nuggets” and “Gold Concentrates” you can take home to practice panning with for sale at each Gold show as well as Gold mining equipment!!!

Our 2023 show will be May 19th-21st, 2023 at Kliever Amory, 10000 NE 33rd Dr, Portland, OR 97211.Admission is free. No atm on site.
We host over 30 vendors and many activities:
Door and Raffle Prizes, Kids Corner with Games & Prizes, Lapidary & Wire Wrapping Demonstrations, Silent Auction Bargains all day everyday, Oral Auction on Sunday.
Over 20 Exhibits (beautiful and educational display cases of rocks, minerals, jewelry, etc.)

The Portland Regional Gem & Mineral Show, the largest local rock and mineral club show in the Portland metro area, is presented each year by 5 regional non-profit clubs to promote lapidary arts, geology, paleontology, and mineralogy. This facility charges $10 for Parking
(We are not sure if they only take cash or credit. The parking fee does not support the Portland Regional Gem and Mineral Show. We encourage car pooling, drop off & pickup or tri-met rider ship)
